ALFASSA: Creative Commons License
If you are an ALFASSA Enabling Operator, you adopt its Development Model and are bound by the terms of this User License Agreement.
This user license is referred to in all bilateral or multilateral contracts that each economic operator belonging to the circuit (hereinafter "Enabling Operators") are called upon to sign in order to access the Share Capital of ALFASSA, understood as the set of its participated intangible assets.
The owner of the work covered by copyright declares that the use of this work will be limited exclusively to information purposes, to promote social and environmental awareness. This work will never be used for commercial purposes, thus ensuring the integrity of its original intentions and the pursuit of altruistic goals.
Therefore, with this user license agreement the author of the work, in a simple and standardized way, applies the CC license (Creative Commons) to grant others the right to use the work but not allow commercial use, so as to protect people who use or disseminate the work from the worry of infringing copyright, provided that the conditions specified in the said license.

ALFASSA: Development Model
ALFASSA was born with the aim of creating a new socio-economic model which exploits technological progress to operate in harmony with NATURE. ALFASSA was in fact designed by observing the four-dimensional structure of the universe, a concept introduced by general relativity which is made up of four dimensions, three of SPACE which describes the reality of things and one of TIME, which describes our evolutionary "stage".
In the dimension of TIME we find:
– Digital Humanism: A new humanistic and Renaissance project capable of forming the individual on a moral and intellectual level.
In the dimension of SPACE we find:
– Economy of Wellbeing: Certification system capable of linking economic development to environmental sustainability and social well-being.
– Social Convention: Settlement and compensation system that considers money as an instrument of cohesion and not as a means of coercion.
– Intellectual Capital: Completely interoperable and decentralized development system capable of generating value through networks of relationships and knowledge.
ALFASSA is therefore an international level circuit that operates through a completely interoperable (SHARE) and decentralized (MULTIPLY) Development System, based on a new model of completely eco-sustainable production, consumption and coexistence.
This Development System is in turn made up of six subsystems which, although they act independently of each other, are able to enhance the end user both in a linear sense, increasing the specialization of each single link in the value chain, and in a circular sense, understood as the ability to create a system, or to generate opportunities from the virtuous synergy of mutual relationships and knowledge.
– Relationships (6C): A completely decentralized (non-hierarchical) relationship management system capable of generating value through a quantum approach;
– Knowledge (6P): A knowledge management system capable of generating value through a quantum and integrated approach;
– Services (ESD): A new organizational and management model capable of transforming value chains into ecosystems of integrated services with high added value;
– Innovation (Smart Channel): An integrated system of enabling technologies to manage this great process of digital transformation by applying product and process innovations;
– Development (Cooperatives of the Future): A synergistic system of commercial digital and co-marketing services to rebuild new completely eco-sustainable production and distribution chains;
– Participation (Sustainable Community): An editorial and multimedia system capable of transforming social networks into a community of environmental sustainability and social well-being.
ALFASSA: Logo
The ALFASSA Logo refers to a distinctive image or symbol in the form of a logo, trademark, identifying mark or graphic design, which is subject to intellectual property rights and protected by copyright, trademark or other applicable property laws intellectual.
This specific logo was created and owned solely by the Copyright Owner/Use Licensee. The licensed logo is composed of the elements/said logo has the following distinctive characteristics.
– Green colour: The ALFASSA logo uses the color green as the predominant colour. Green represents nature, the environment and sustainability. We intend to use the RAL green color [#77933C] to ensure consistency and uniformity in the rendering of the logo.
– Shape of nature enveloping the globe: The logo features a graphic shape representing nature in the form of leaves surrounding the globe. This symbolic representation highlights the importance of environmental protection and awareness of the interconnection between humanity and the global ecosystem.
– The logo includes a slogan under the globe that reads “Together to create a better future”. The slogan reflects the logo's goal of promoting collaboration and collective action to achieve a better world, in harmony with nature and sustainability.
The size, format and rendering of the logo are specified in the material provided to the Licensee and must be respected during the use of the logo by the Licensee.
General conditions
Subject to the terms of this agreement, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the ALFASSA Development Model Content, for the Permitted Uses set forth below.
All contents of ALFASSA are protected by copyright. The founder of ALFASSA reserves all rights not expressly granted to you under this license. This includes all copyrights and intellectual property rights.
If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not use any Content. By using even just one of the models mentioned above you are therefore bound by this agreement.
ALFASSA reserves the right to cancel or modify the licenses granted by this agreement. We reserve the right to replace the Content with an alternative.
The economic operator assumes full responsibility for the use of the ALFASSA model and undertakes to defend the copyright owner from any legal action deriving from improper or unauthorized use.
Terms of Use of the ALFASSA logo
This user license agreement regulates the use of the logo which identifies belonging to a circuit or community linked to environmental sustainability and social well-being.
– The Licensee, with this user license agreement, will be able to undertake commercial initiatives on customers using the ALFASSA logo and all the documents that will be created (presentations, technical and economic offers) will be able to highlight the logos of both parties , provided that this does not result in damage to the image or deception for the consumer/user.
– The licensee may use the logo to indicate his belonging to the circuit or community linked to sustainability as specified in the license agreement. The use of the logo may be extended to other purposes or contexts with the explicit consent of the licensor. The use of the logo will be an integral part of the template contents provided under this user license.
– Consistent use: The licensee is required to use the logo in a manner consistent with the standards of use established by the Owner. This may include specifics on the size, colors, placement and graphic integrity of the logo. The licensee must ensure that the logo is reproduced entirely and correctly, without making any modifications or alterations and without the authorization of the licensor.
– Respect for ethical standards and values: The licensee undertakes to respect the ethical standards and values represented by the community or circuit linked to sustainability. Use of the logo may be revoked if the licensee acts in contradiction to these standards or values, or if he/she engages in practices or behavior that could damage the integrity or reputation of the circuit or community.
– Control and approval: The licensor has the right to monitor and approve the licensee's use of the logo, including prior review of materials or communications that include the logo. You must submit such materials to the licensor in advance to obtain written approval for their use.
– Duration and revocation: The user license agreement is unlimited but the Owner can revoke the use of the logo by the licensee. For example, violation of the provisions of the agreement, failure to comply with usage standards, or conduct that damages the integrity or reputation of the circuit or community may result in the revocation of this license.
– Indemnity and liability: The licensee may be required to indemnify the licensor against any claims, liabilities or expenses arising from the unauthorized or improper use of the logo. The licensee is responsible for any damage caused by his use of the logo in violation of the contract.
Terms of Use of the ALFASSA model
This user license agreement establishes the terms of use of the ALFASSA development model. Please read it carefully before using the template.
– Application and functionality: The ALFASSA model can be used exclusively within an economic operator or a network of operators to increase technical, innovative, organizational and commercial capabilities.
– Social dissemination: The ALFASSA model can be used to promote social awareness and environmental commitment, that is, it must be used in an ethical and responsible way, respecting all laws in force.
– Attribution: When the ALFASSA model is used, the economic operator is required to provide a clear attribution to the copyright holder, making known its origin and its original creator.
– Promotional activities. Users can use ALFASSA content to make invitations, advertising and promotional projects, including printed materials, product packaging, presentations, films, videos, commercials, catalogues, brochures, greeting cards, prints, posters and postcards without any limit of reproduction quantity.
– Publications: Users can use ALFASSA content to make entertainment applications, such as books and book covers, magazines, newspapers, editorials, newsletters and video, broadcast and theatrical presentations with unlimited prints.
– Online publications: Users can use ALFASSA content to make social media posts or profile picture, decorative background on personal computer or mobile device, online or electronic publications, including web pages, blogs, ebooks and videos.
– Co-Branding. You may use any Content, or the ALFASSA logo itself, as part of a trademark, design, trade name, company name or service mark.
– Transferability. You can use the contents of the ALFASSA Development Model for personal use or to train and support other economic operators to follow a similar path, who, however, will have to sign this user license agreement to proceed.
By accepting these terms of use, the enabling operator undertakes to use the ALFASSA model in accordance with the provisions described. Any violation of these terms may result in legal consequences.
Limitations on use
This license allows you to share and use the work flexibly, but has some limitations, and is therefore strictly prohibited:
– Commercial exploitation, that is, the ALFASSA Contents cannot be used for commercial purposes without the written consent of the copyright owner.
– Sublicense, resell, rent, loan, assign, gift, or otherwise transfer or distribute the Content or the rights granted under this Content License Agreement.
– Alter or modify the ALFASSA Contents, without the written consent of the copyright owner.
– Use the ALFASSA Contents by circumventing the operating procedures that the same model defines, by way of example and not exhaustively, it is forbidden to present oneself as an ALFASSA Enabling Operator to acquire new relationships without these being put into the system, or registered internally of a shared platform.
– Remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notice from any ALFASSA Content. Each user will be able to present such content with their own logo as an Enabling Operator.
– Use the ALFASSA Content in a manner that is pornographic, obscene, immoral, tortious, defamatory or libelous, or that could reasonably be expected to bring into disrepute any person or property reflected in the Content;
– Use ALFASSA Content that contains otherwise illegal, offensive or immoral content or content in violation of any applicable industry code or regulation.
– Use the Content without including references to this license of use, unless such content has been provided to you by the owner himself, or, avoid giving the impression that the Content was created by you or by a different person by the copyright holder of the Content (including, without limitation, claiming ownership or exclusive rights in the Content), rather than as an integrated part of the ALFASSA community;
– Use the Content in a manner that competes with ALFASSA's business, including, without limitation, displaying content in any format (including thumbnails) for download or export on a website or offering content on sale;
Term and termination
ALFASSA will keep track of your projects and activities to ensure that you obtain benefits from your participation and to verify that you do not violate this License or any of the Terms specified in it.
If you *breach* the terms of use of this license, we may suspend or prohibit your use of the ALFASSA Development Model Content. In this case, you will lose all rights to the Contents and you must:
– Immediately delete all Contents from the promotional or project material in which they were reported.
– You must destroy and delete the Contents of the ALFASSA Model, together with any copies or archives thereof or accompanying materials (if applicable) and no longer use any Content.
– Cease to use the Contents and any Design of the ALFASSA Model and if requested, confirm in writing to ALFASSA that you have complied with these requirements.
Infringement Claims
If you discover that there is a complaint for infringement of the rights of another for which ALFASSA may be liable, or if you have any complaints or clarifications to make in this regard, you can write an email to info@alfassa.net

The following disclaimer applies to any use of licensed content. You acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the terms of use set forth below.
– All licensed content provided is the exclusive property of the license holder. You have no right, title or interest in the licensed content, and you agree to use it in accordance with the terms of use and restrictions.
– The license holder makes no warranties or representations regarding the completeness, accuracy or usefulness of the licensed content. You use the licensed content at your own risk and for your own personal use.
– The licensee will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of the licensed content. You agree that the total liability of the license holder will never exceed the total cost paid for accessing the licensed content.
– You agree to indemnify and hold the license holder harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities or expenses arising from unauthorized use or failure to comply with the terms of use of the licensed content.
