What is ALFASSA?
ALFASSA is a synergic and integrated set of shared intangible assets capable of generating a utility deferred over time through a completely interoperable (SHARE) and decentralized (MULTIPLY) Development System based on a new model of production, consumption and coexistence that is completely eco-sustainable.
This intangible asset heritage, whose value according to the latest sworn appraisal dated August 31, 2023, amounts to € 3,719,529.00, is therefore constituted by the set of relationships, knowledge, tools and applications that a group of reliable interlocutors have decided to share for mutual benefit (hereinafter referred to as "Enabling Operators").
Once the use of such social capital has been granted, the Enabling Operator who wishes to use it must follow well-organized and structured procedures that force him, in turn, to share his relationships and knowledge.
The same concept also applies to the Enabling Operators who operate within the ALFASSA circuit such as Technology Partners. These will share, in addition to their relationships and knowledge, also software tools and applications in exchange for the possibility of offering their Application Management services.
This unique characteristic of the Participated Intangible Assets means that ALFASSA does not have to acquire legal subjectivity. The methods of sharing and disseminating these intangible assets are self-regulated by its own Enabling Operators, who, organized within certain committees, decide by majority vote. The respective shares are directly proportional to their contribution in terms of Intangible Assets. To avoid any misunderstanding, it is not possible to acquire these rights with a cash contribution and therefore, Alfassa can never be swallowed up by financial oligarchies.
ALFASSA was in fact designed to support the real economy without creating structural dependencies. Its decentralized model allows for the construction of a network very similar to that of spiders, a network that resists hurricanes, designed in such a way that local failures do not affect the overall functionality.
The Development Model ( www.alfassa.net ) which represents the static component and is regulated by a Creative Commons license, a model made up of its contents, models, processes and procedures and self-regulation rules.
The Development System (www.alfassa.org) which represents the dynamic component, which is essentially made up of the set of relationships, knowledge, tools and software applications that the Enabling Operators have decided to share for mutual benefit.
ALFASSA is therefore constituted by the set of intangible assets of its participants, this heritage is represented by two macro components, the Development Model and the Development System.
In extremely synthetic terms, the Development Model becomes a Development System thanks to the computerization of its processes and procedures, through the use of the most advanced technologies such as, by way of example and not limited to, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, IoT and Cloud.
ALFASSA was born by observing the four-dimensional structure of the universe, a concept introduced by general relativity which is composed of four dimensions, three of SPACE in which we find everything we perceive and one of TIME, which describes the evolutionary "stage". In the dimension of SPACE, its three directions such as length, width and depth have been declined to the following subsystems, such as theWelfare Economics, the Intellectual Capital and the Social Convention.
In the dimension of TIME we find quantum information and how this, if managed according to certain criteria, can guide entire productive ecosystems to invert the macroeconomic paradigm. We are talking about a new humanistic and Renaissance project that wants to exploit the unstoppable technological progress to form the individual on a moral and intellectual level.
So let's talk about New Digital Humanism, a concept that combines the principles of humanism with the potential offered by digital technology. It is an approach that places the human being at the center of technological innovations, seeking to ensure that the use of these technologies are at the service of people's well-being and development.
