ALFASSA is a synergistic and integrated set of shared tangible assets, capable of generating utility deferred over time, a composite and unitary system of intangible resources whose components are:
– Intellectual property of the ALFASSA model which is made up of:
- Relationship management model through a quantum approach;
- Knowledge management model through a holistic and integrated approach;
- Organizational model to transform value chains into integrated service ecosystems;
- Model for applying product and process innovations;
- Model for creating new completely decentralized and sustainable supply chains;
- Model for transforming social networks into a new aware and sustainable community.
– Relational Capital made up of the set of international relationships that have signed an agreement to participate within a protected and reliable circuit. We are talking about 6119 contacts in 154 different countries.
– Organizational Capital consisting of sales tools and Open Innovation platforms that can be decentralized to manage this great digital transformation process
– Human capital made up of the set of integrated knowledge of the entire production ecosystem, which can be accessed through committees for change.
