The Homo Novus Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and supporting the development of a new humanistic and Renaissance project, based on the dignity and intrinsic value of being. The main purpose is to promote the growth and well-being of individuals through humanistic education and research.

The Homo Novus Foundation is committed to spreading knowledge by offering a historical and critical perspective that enriches our thinking and helps us orient ourselves in the contemporary world characterized by the progress of scientific and technological research. The goal is to provide the tools to guide this great process of digital transformation while respecting human values such as dignity, privacy, equity and sustainability. The foundation also promotes any initiative aimed at supporting and guaranteeing access to free and truthful information, so that no one is excluded from the opportunity to learn to develop and emancipate themselves.

The HOMO NOVUS Foundation seeks to create a more equitable, inclusive and supportive world, where every individual has the opportunity to realize their potential and contribute to the progress of the entire community, through cultural projects such as festivals, art exhibitions, concerts, the creation of libraries and museums and projects for the protection and conservation of our historical and artistic heritage.

As a declination of the humanistic purpose of the Foundation, two large distinct and separate areas were born, like the two wings of a butterfly. The first area is dedicated to the training of new interdisciplinary professional figures who have seized in the change a great opportunity for professional growth.

These figures are able to face complex challenges, solve problems in an innovative way and promote effective collaboration between different sectors, so as to face the challenges of the contemporary world in a holistic and systemic way. The value of human resources will no longer be quantifiable by the relationships and knowledge of the single individual, but by their ability to generate value through networks of relationships and knowledge.

The second wing of the foundation is dedicated to businesses, in this area the foundation intends to promote a new organizational and management model, capable of transforming the value chains "Value Chain" into ecosystems of integrated services with high added value "Open Chain". A model that leads to the decentralization of decisions, the valorization of individual skills, the adoption of advanced technologies and the promotion of an organizational culture based on collaboration, agility and adaptability to change.

The HOMO NOVUS Foundation is an Enabling Operator of ALFASSA, which has been capitalized through the transfer of the Intellectual Capital of ALFASSA and operates within the circuit both as a humanistic committee and as a training body.
